You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CK33 will never ask you for your password by email, in-app message or any other channel. CK33 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid national identity document. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Account verification protects both you and CK33. It ensures that winnings are paid to the correct person and helps prevent unauthorised account access.
All transactions on CK33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CK33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The CK33 Bet section covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 matches, ODIs and Tests — as well as Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on CK33.
All bets are final once confirmed on the betslip. It is your responsibility to check the details of each bet — including the selection, stake in PKR and odds — before confirming. CK33 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
Live in-play betting allows you to place bets during an ongoing match. Odds update in real time — ball by ball during cricket matches and minute by minute during football fixtures. CK33 may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event at its discretion. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured unless the market is subsequently voided under the rules above.
For PSL and international cricket matches, a minimum of one full over must be bowled for match-winner markets to stand in the event of an abandonment. For specific markets such as top run-scorer, most wickets and method of dismissal, the relevant player must participate in the match for bets on that player to stand. CK33 covers all six PSL franchises — Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Multan Sultans and Islamabad United — across every fixture from the group stage to the final.
CK33 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed on the betslip at the time of bet placement. CK33 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players or markets at its discretion.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, CK33's server records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Once you reconnect, the round will be completed based on the server record. CK33 is not responsible for connection losses caused by your internet service provider, mobile network or device.
If a technical fault occurs that affects the integrity of a game round, CK33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes. CK33's decision in matters relating to game outcomes is final.

CK33 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and circumstances beyond CK33's control may result in temporary unavailability.
